  • I had an account at the old site but I cannot log in here?

    A new account has been created for every email address that had an account at the old site. This has now been completed.

    An email should have been sent to you from learn (at) mattgranger dot com giving more information, and then an email from noreply@notify.thinkific.com will be sent letting you know a new account has been created, and it will ask you to create a password.

    Please add both emails to your safe sender list and check your spam folders.

    If you have not received the emails, please contact us and we will get you set up.

  • I am missing a course I had at the old site

    The migration of student accounts and course enrollments is now complete.

    If you believe a course is missing, please contact me via the contact page - and include a screenshot of your purchase receipt. I will get it sorted out for you.

  • I want to buy a bundle - but I already own some of the materials - can I get a discount??

    Figuring out the fairest way to run sales, so that evreyone gets a bargain, and without disadvantaging anyone can be tricky!

    I always try to discount any special bundles by such a big percentage, that it should still be a great deal even if you have bought some of the courses already.

    That said, if you want to request a special price for a bundle, please email us at learn (at) mattgranger dot com. Please note, we cannot accommodate all requests - we are a small team and we will do our best for you.

  • Tell me about the satisfaction guarantee.

    I want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. I aim to be honest and open about the specific content and what you will learn, and not mislead anyone. If you feel that the course did not deliver as promised- please write to me within the 30 days. Please note this does not cover you simply changing your mind after downloading, or having not read the course description before purchasing. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the vendor.

    We are a small team, so please don't abuse our good nature.

    If a refund if provided, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire so we can further improve our courses and advertising.

  • Where is the Art Nude Content?

    I have made the decision to keep my general content and nude content separate.

    I have two main websites now. Mattgranger.com is home to all my general photography content - with learn.mattgranger.com being the course platform.

    I also run artnudeportraiture.com - which is home to all of my artistic nude content - that site is NSFW.

    The Art Nude educational courses are located at learn.artnudeportraiture.com.
